"Akideer is a species that was created by Ronto on Furry-Paws. They are a mix between Akita and deer. They have the body of an Akita and the antlers of a deer. No matter the sex, an Akideer will have a full set of antlers, unless one was broken off for some reason. Once an antler has been broken it does not grow back."



I originally joined Fpaws too late for the Akideer sale but once I found out what they were, I was interested. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get one of the small set of Akideer that were currently out there. I later adopted a deer character from Jenny, but since I don't really like deer all too much...I figured it would be a good idea to get this character changed into an Akideer. Ronto agreed with me and she made him a reference. A few months later, I traded for Neapolitan. Both of my Akideer are good friends with Steph's.
