Often forgetful and complacent, Bolivar has a habit of accidentally leaving his friends hanging. He doesn't mean to be this way, but with his head in the clouds, it's hard to remember important things. He's a wall flower, always watching rather than participating. This makes him exponentially better at those early morning soulful talks and extremely insightful into the lives and issues of others. Bolivar is kind and gentle. He's a good friend but a better listener.

Riis is his best friend and together they experience life's ups and downs. Through thick and thin, these two will always be there for each other.
