Theo is owned by Colonel and co-owned with me. He's been a character I'd always had in the back of my head for wanting to revamp him and after a long long time, I finally did it! 

 

Theo is from the streets, full of knowledge when it comes to back alley deals and where to make them happen. He hasn't lost his sense of fun though! Theo is constantly laughing at everything, never trying to be too serious about life. Not everyone is okay with his carefree lifestyle and sometimes you'll see Theo with a few bumps and bruises, but never a frown.
